With cameras everywhere today it is pretty easy to take a picture of someone. It's more difficult is to try and make an image that captures a little piece of their soul. I try and capture that moment, that look, that feeling, that thought which most will never see or remember, that private moment that you see only in the eyes, mouth or body language of a person. It is not there for very long and the persons themselves might not even know that it is there, but it is. That is my job, my passion and my art, to make an image where you can see more than a smile. It's to photograph a small piece of their soul.
